Personal History: Born in Flint, MI the oldest child of Richard and Grace Douglas of Jeffersonville, IN.  Grew up in Rochester, NY and currently resides in Virginia.  Married to Harold O. Kersellius, MSGT, USA, RET.  Have two daughters:  Hazel, and Pauline and three grandchildren: Carter, Emma and Michael.

• Active Duty:  Portsmouth Naval Hospital (currently: Naval Medical Center Portsmouth) In support of Desert Shield/Storm:  National Naval Medical Center Bethesda, (now known as Walter Reed National Medical Military Medical Center).  

• Reserve assignments:  Surgical Team 106; National Naval Medical Center Bethesda;  Fleet Reserve (FR) Beth 2906; Fleet Hospital (FH) 500; Naval Hospital (NH) Beth 2706; NH Beth 106; Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) and the Voluntary Training Unit (VTU).
